Phase 2

Phase 3

In Phase 3 we explore the concept of finding the best “one size fits all” theory. From the phase set up, to the exercises selections, to the workout order we construct a phase that gives a new meaning to “effort.” Not only will all the workouts be laid out to allow you to work hard start to finish, but the exercises promote an idea of working hard through all part of the range of motion for the isolated muscle group being trained. Phase 4

Phase 4 is the close of the Execution Pro(gram,” and we end it with a bang. With little changing on paper from Phase 3, I teach you that altering your training is much more than writing a completely different training PLAN. Expect to learn how different exercise order and combinations completely change the training experience.
