The Execution Pro(gram) is going to be compiled of 4 Phases, each teaching a different training experience. Each presenting you with new applicable information to continue to develop you as a trainee, trainer, or even a teacher of the gym setting.
I will be involved with you all along the way. As I mentioned before, this is way more than just workouts — it’s an experience, and even more, a community.
And, they are excellent if I must say so myself. I wrote them. But, my goal with the Execution Pro(gram) is to teach you that how you apply these workouts matters more than how well written they are.
The Execution Pro(gram) is 4 phases of training. In each Phase is tons of information presented to you to give you all the tools necessary to conduct each workout at an A+ level.
There are introductory, overview, and recap videos for each Phase. There are training fundamentals on topics related to the phase goal. There is insight into my nutrition plans for each phase (yes I did every workout in the entire experience!).
There are execution videos for every single exercise in every single phase. And, there is every detail necessary in the written workouts to make for a challenging and enjoyable experience all in one. To cap off the community experience, I will be with you every step of the way as your personal coach. I’ll answer your questions in a private community with all participants, email you personally to check in frequently, and do group Live calls to keep you moving the needle forward.
The Execution Pro(gram) is all about 2 things: Present high level information that is easy to apply, and give you a training experience at a level you’ve never had before.

In Phase 1 we explore the best ways to take ownership of exercises. Throughout the entire phase I emphasize the importance of using exercises as tools used for a very specific purpose. Watch this video for a greater look at all that Phase 1 offers you.
In Phase 2 we add our greatest number of exercises to program. Make sure to watch each detailed execution video for each exercise in every workout. You will take your greatest step forward in training execution in this phase, which will directly influence how efficiently YOU conduct Phase 3. Watch this video for a deeper look into Phase 2.
In Phase 3 we explore the concept of finding the best “one size fits all” theory. From the phase set up, to the exercises selections, to the workout order we construct a phase that gives a new meaning to “effort.” Not only will all the workouts be laid out to allow you to work hard start to finish, but the exercises promote an idea of working hard through all part of the range of motion for the isolated muscle group being trained. Phase 4 is the close of the Execution Pro(gram,” and we end it with a bang. With little changing on paper from Phase 3, I teach you that altering your training is much more than writing a completely different training PLAN. Expect to learn how different exercise order and combinations completely change the training experience.
